As part of Art Genève/Art Talks, Mai-Thu Perret (artist), Théo Casciani (writer), and Clément Dirié (Editorial Director, JRP|Editions) join Christian Herren (curator, editor of the E.A.T. Index) for a conversation marking the release of three new publications: the E.A.T. Index (JRP|Editions), mapping fifteen years of conversations across art, architecture, and science; Mai-Thu Perret’s monograph Grammar & Glamour (JRP|Editions); and Théo Casciani’s novel Insula (P.O.L). The discussion delves into contemporary approaches to bookmaking, exploring archival materials, imagery, narrative, and editorial structures.
This interactive memory challenge invites participants to test their memory while exploring practical ways to preserve biodiversity based on Geneva’s municipal strategy. Players match “before-and-after” images that illustrate individual and institutional actions, and each correct pair reveals concise information explaining the measure. The activity examines themes such as habitat restoration, species-friendly practices, urban greening and policy responses, helping participants understand the impact and rationale behind everyday and organisational conservation choices.
Evelyne Brügger, a certified art therapist, leads the workshops with support from Joëlle Mauris, a professional cellist whose music accompanies one session per cycle.
The sessions explore creative practices to support women living with endometriosis, PMS or menstrual pain, addressing emotional expression, body awareness and coping strategies. Participants investigate materials and processes to rediscover inner resources, share experiences, and develop ways to express and regulate sensations through art and sound.

Marie du Chastel (Artistic Director, Pavilion & KIKK Festival, Namur), Lucia Garcia (Director, IMAL, Brussels), Fanny Dupé (Director, Mapping Festival, Geneva), and Anthony Masure (Associate Professor & Head of Research, HEAD–Geneva) discuss current trends, creative approaches, and the evolving aesthetics of digital arts. This workshop explores the traditional process of assembling a herbarium specimen, inspired by Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s collections. Participants learn scientific techniques for pressing and mounting dried plants on old paper, practice botanical labelling and nomenclature, and select specimens to create a personal herbarium sheet. The session examines preservation methods, identification principles and the historical context of Rousseau’s approach, combining practical skills with scientific insight to produce a lasting botanical object.
