Get your myokines firing and light up winter with a friendly, festive evening run in the park. Choose a parent-and-child 1.5 km route or challenge yourself with 5 km or 10 km circuits under illuminated trails. A playful warm-up will be led by Laëtitia Jasserand (alias “Professeure Postérieur”), and there will be music, activities, a bar and small food stalls. Children aged 4–12 must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-event training sessions are organised by FLAG21.
