DOBRINJA, Words of Resistance by Didier Dematons (France, 1996, 31 min.) takes us into Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, in the midst of war. Through the daily lives of Andrej Derkovic and his friends—students, soldiers, creators, teachers—the documentary offers moving and authentic testimonies of a resilient youth determined to live despite the conflict. The screening is followed by a discussion with Andrej Derkovic, Sarajevo-based artist and co-founder of the ARS AEVI Collection.
