Chosen Families and Friendships: Spaces of Love and Political Struggle

As part of the Festival Les Créatives, a panel discussion at the Palais Anna et Jean-Gabriel Eynard will explore the dynamics of activist friendships and chosen families, seen as havens and spaces of resistance. The guests will discuss how these connections bolster struggles, support diverse identities, and offer alternatives to traditional models. Emphasis will be on the significance of affection, care, and solidarity within feminist and LGBTQIA+ movements, celebrating the strength of alliances that build resilient and creative communities, backed by the City of Geneva.
