Tuttistreet is back at the Parc Louis-Bertrand, celebrating urban sports with an adrenaline-packed day. Following its successful debut, the City of Lancy is offering activities such as skateboarding, parkour, breakdancing, slacklining, 3×3 basketball, street soccer, customization workshops, children’s tattoos, and RC crawling demonstrations.

Titled “Tracas et Sans Gravité” this performance offers a “not-so-solo” act where he embodies a metaphysical clown. Combining extravagance, poetry, and reflections on major contemporary issues, Gómez Mata explores how our worries can transform into a powerful force for change.

La Cour des Contes is a captivating oral literature festival that has enchanted the town of Plan-les-Ouates for nearly 30 years, becoming a key event in the French-speaking world. Blending ancient myths with modern issues, the festival offers a rich and diverse program.

While family-friendly tales delight young audiences, the teen/adult program invites reflection and exploration. Highlights include Philippe Imbert’s clever take on princess stereotypes, Jennifer Anderson’s journey through the polar night and Indigenous climate concerns, and Pascal Mitsuru Guéran’s dive into Japan’s mysterious voluntary disappearances in Les évaporés du Japon. With over 50 performances, there’s much more to discover.

For the Museum Night at MEG, immerse yourself in tales and legends with a dance performance by Loubna within the temporary exhibition. Loubna takes you on a sensory journey inspired by gnawa music and amapiano, where each movement symbolizes the sharing and preservation of musical heritage.

As part of the Spring festival in Carouge, the Carouge Library is hosting two creative workshops. Join a watercolor postcard drawing session led by Anouck Fontaine, or participate in a poetry writing workshop with Clém Künzler. You have the option to choose either workshop, or both, and enjoy exchanging handwritten postcards. Open to all ages.

Dive into the Arctic waters with an engaging and interactive exhibition by UNIGE, where you can virtually board the Gaia sailboat with Barbara and Thierry Courvoisier. Delve into natural sciences with insights into navigation, natural phenomena, and Arctic wildlife.
