Tempo-sensoriel – Senso-temporel

Ophélie Selz presents her exhibition “Tempo-sensoriel – Senso-temporel” at the Centre culturel du Manoir. As a recipient of the creation grant, she invites attendees to explore themes of time and the senses through weaving, dyeing, and scents. The exhibition, showcasing her research into craftsmanship and botanicals, offers several engaging activities: an opening reception, a sensory tour for the visually impaired, an olfactory guided tour with the artist, and a storytelling session by Steeven Chakroun.

Wilde, a contemporary art gallery established in Geneva in 2015, stands out on the Swiss and international art scene. It offers a diverse program highlighting both established and emerging artists.

Maya Rochat presents a new immersive installation as part of her “Poetry of the Earth” series, taking visitors into a sensory and visual universe through a projection system and sound composition. The artist creates a dialogue between photos and videos of natural elements like water, light, and wind, interwoven with abstract paintings. The exhibition also features an opening event and workshops for children.

6 November – 19 December

The exhibition delves into the delicate and harmonious grace in 16th and 17th-century Flemish painting, examining how the masters of this period used color and intricate details to achieve this elusive quality. Grace, seen as a feminine attribute that favors delight over strength, suggests a balance between the soul and nature.
