The Baur Foundation highlights the magnificent lacquers from the Virginia and Edward Chow donation with an exhibition at the museum. Showcasing twelve rare pieces from the Ming and Qing dynasties, the collection includes intricately decorated boxes, dishes, and other precious items adorned with engravings or mother-of-pearl inlays. The event kicks off with a lecture by Helen Loveday, who delves into the splendor of these Chinese treasures.

Editions Zoé, a Geneva-based publishing house, has launched nearly 400 authors, standing out in the French-speaking literary world. Their archives, held at the Bibliothèque de Genève, chart this journey from artisanal printing in 1975 to prestigious literary awards. This exhibition, in collaboration with RTS Archives and Interrail, invites you to explore this rich history of success and discovery.

Geneva-based multidisciplinary artist Alexandre Bianchini delves into painting, collage, photography, video, and installation. As a co-founder of Forde, his works are marked by isolated elements set against bold color fields, challenging illusion and narrative. His pieces, both dense and enigmatic, question perception and present a layered visual language that invites reflection and doubt.

Join Bruno Pellegrino as he delves into the archives of Éditions Zoé, housed at the Geneva Library. Explore manuscripts, mock-ups, and correspondence that chronicle 50 years of Swiss literary history. As an author and editor at Zoé, Pellegrino offers his insights on the exhibition. The event is open to the public and held in partnership with RTS Archives and Interrail.
