The free screening of the documentary “How to Poison a Planet” is set to take place just before the 2025 COP conferences begin. The film reveals, through sworn testimonies and internal documents, what chemical companies have known since the 1970s about the toxicity of “forever chemicals” and their widespread contamination, long before alerting authorities. The documentary highlights the global impact of PFAS pollution through the stories of two affected communities. Directed by Katrina McGowan and featuring a notable cast, the event will kick off with a panel discussion.
