Fête de la Nature: Listening to Birdsong (and Calls)

As part of the Fête de la Nature, the municipality of Plan-les-Ouates and the Geneva Natural History Museum invite you to a birdwatching walk guided by Swiss ornithologist Laurent Vallotton. As you stroll through the Bois du Milly nature reserve and the Bistoquette ponds, you’ll have the opportunity to discover and interpret the songs and calls of various birds. Bring a pair of binoculars for the best observation experience of these captivating creatures.

The Association of Sculptors of Geneva (ASdG) invites you to explore a diverse range of artworks at Stagni Park. From monumental pieces to intimate creations, this exhibition showcases the personal journeys of ASdG artists. On weekends, some artists will be available to engage with visitors.

The 7th edition of the “Out of the Box” Inclusive Arts Biennale will take place across nine cultural venues in Geneva. Explore Demain, in collaboration with the University of Geneva, is hosting a dialogue featuring journalist Salomé Saqué and activist Simon Berthoud on the subject of democracy. Saqué, author of “Résister,” a book addressing outrage and hope against the rise of the far-right in Europe, advocates for renewed civic engagement. They will jointly discuss revitalizing public debate, supporting independent media, and strengthening democratic and solidarity values.
