Faulon converts the villa into an ambiguous space, while Reist examines alienating work practices. Their works engage in a dialogue on private, social, and political themes. Notable artists include Marina Abramović, Mona Hatoum, and Shirin Neshat. The exhibition is curated by Adelina von Fürstenberg and includes a book of interviews on the concept of “home” in the context of migration. In “The Dreamweaver and the Moonraker,” artists Susanne Wellm and Akiko Hirai delve into themes of memory and materiality through their unique artistic approaches. Wellm integrates photography with textile techniques to create evocative, poetic works, whereas Hirai brings a sculptural intensity to her reinterpretation of the traditional Korean Moon Jar. Despite their different styles, both artists connect through a shared sensitivity to time and emotion.

26 March – 25 May

The exhibition “More Poetry is Needed” unites four artists who use text as both poetic and visual material: Laure Marville, Hadrien Dussoix, Robert Montgomery, and Peter Wüthrich. It conveys an urgent call for poetry. Laure Marville’s vibrant works bring the voices of Corinna Bille and Alice Rivaz to life as flags, while Hadrien Dussoix channels the spirit of rock. Robert Montgomery captures the committed poetry of the post-modern era and Peter Wüthrich illustrates how literature can serve as an antidote. In Geneva, Wüthrich engages with passersby by photographing them with an open book on their back, continuing his series “Angels of the World.”

2 May – 2 June

The exhibition “Exoplanets – Science & Fiction” aims to reimagine how we view exoplanets by blending contemporary science with artistic creativity. This unique presentation is the result of a collaboration between astronomers from the University of Geneva and comic book artists, merging scientific discoveries with doses of science fiction, fantasy, and poetry. The exhibition is designed to captivate and emotionally engage visitors, making the visuals more thought-provoking and intriguing.
