Eight talented young artists showcase a remarkable musical program featuring works by Haydn, Schumann, Debussy, Schönberg, Quilter, and Poulenc. The highlight of the recital includes world premiere performances of melodies set to poems by Marguerite Yourcenar, composed by Isabelle Aboulker and Xavier Dayer. The evening opens with an introduction by Géraldine Cloux, a musicologist, singer, and pianist. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the composers and Marguerite Yourcenar’s great-nephew after the concert to discuss any questions they may have.
