The “Día de Muertos” celebration will take place at Place des Grottes, organized with various Latin American community groups sharing their unique traditions. On Saturday, the event opens with traditional food, altar offerings, pan de muerto baking, and a colorful “parade of the unseen,” followed by Son Jarocho concerts and a performance by Palenque la Papayera at 10 PM. On Sunday from noon, there will be traditional dances from Mexico, Peru, and Bolivia, storytelling, kids’ workshops, a choir, a Lucha Libre wrestling demo, and the Gran Peña by Colectivo Ginebrino at 5 PM.
