At La Parfumerie, Serge Martin presents a unique dialogue between Diogenes and the Joker. Diogenes, sometimes appearing as a hologram, highlights life’s essentials while the Joker entertains the audience. Together, they critique modern cynicism and assert that life should overcome. This subversive and humorous performance explores themes such as simplicity, sexual freedom, gender equality, pacifism, and the rejection of money. Featuring José Lillo and Serge Martin on stage, the production uses holograms and meticulous staging to create an immersive experience.

11 – 30 November

The show “7-8 Jean-François,” crafted by Alexandra Tiedemann and Céline Goormaghtigh, tells the story of a middle-aged man, disillusioned with life. Following his doctor’s advice to make a change, he enrolls in a disco dance class. There, a chance reunion with his old schoolmate Michaël stirs up past rivalries and awakens an unexpected competitive edge. Jean-François now dreams of redemption by winning the prestigious local dance event, the Night Cup.

Experience an immersive a cappella concert by the Danish quartet Valby Vokalgruppe at SOMA, enhanced with gobo projections by Francis Baudevin. Under the direction of singer and composer Anja Jacobsen, the group offers an innovative vocal performance featuring exploratory rhythms and occasional theatrical texts, complemented by projections. The concert highlights their album “Solids for Voices,” where geometric patterns are transformed into vocal rhythms, accompanied by Baudevin’s form projections. This event promises a unique sensory experience, marrying precise and radical music with a captivating visual element.

Recluses Fest #8 returns to the Alhambra, delivering an energetic celebration of punk rock and metal. This lively edition features six bands, including the legendary Elmer Food Beat known for their upbeat lyrics, the politically charged rock of No One is Innocent, and Geneva’s own CardiaC with their hardcore metal fusion. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to “Hardcore Hits Cancer,” supporting children battling cancer, making every entry a gesture of solidarity.
